Scale at Speed by Felix Velarde is a business guidance book about tripling your business's growth in an effective time manner and building an amazing staff group. It focuses on implementing an effective development plan of action, discussing each step of the plan in detail. The author provides several perspectives according to what each business needs or struggles with so it can be universally implemented. Felix often uses charts for visual representations as he gives a step-by-step guide for each action. Focusing on the end goal, he encourages businessmen to plan a challenging growth scale. He introduces a 2Y3X process and pinpoints the most important aspects of a successful business. He also gives solutions to some of the possible problems and obstacles. Each chapter is accompanied by key takeaways at the end, which adds to the book's flexibility and value.

The book was interesting and informative. I loved the author's writing style; his ideas were easy to understand. I took a lot of knowledge from this book about leadership, customer management, team building, and creating a winner's mindset. The stories are engaging and motivational, and the best part is the lessons are easy to implement. The author seemed to have a great deal of knowledge from personal experience. He often gave examples of companies and corporations he has worked at, offering the readers a better grasp of information. The charts and schemes were easy to decipher, and along with key takeaways sections, they greatly improved the understandability of the information. It was also more memorable that way. The author provides every source of support his readers might need, giving them directions about managing themselves first and then the business itself. I loved his straight-to-point writing style. The most notable for me was his recommended reading list, which would help business owners further deepen their knowledge of the matter. I greatly appreciated the author's kind gesture.

I loved everything about this book. Despite coming across some errors, there weren't any severe errors, so the reading experience was smooth. Therefore, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars for all the abovementioned positive aspects.

I would recommend this book to businessmen of any level. Experts could get the chance to review each important detail, but anyone with lower levels of knowledge should absorb all the information. It is a great guidance book both for small and big business owners. Its diverse information is guaranteed to help businessmen with different educational needs.
