The book Every Child Has a Story is a great informational book. In this day and age, we can certainly use a book like this. The author, Christopher J. Reeves, makes beneficial points about child-rearing. The research shows that 83% of parenting can be learned. 69% of the respondents said they would have used more positive parenting strategies if they had known them. Well, here's the book for that. Included is information on the different ways children learn. As a mom of 3, I can attest that each child learns differently. At the end of each chapter is a section titled "Things to Consider". The premise of Every Child Has a Story is that each child is a gift from God and has a unique story to unfold. Parents and teachers are definitely part of that story.

As a Christian, I liked all the references to the Bible. Although the book is definitely geared towards Christians, anyone can benefit from it. Included are practical ways to train a child and also Biblical references. This book is not only for parents but for all who work with children. If there is a child in your life, this book is beneficial. The author reinforces what a wonderful gift each and every child is.

I found nothing distasteful in reading this book. It contained no profanity and was laid out in an easy-to-read way. There were some grammar errors that did take away from it being a perfect book.

I give this book four out of five stars. Although the information was great, the errors detracted from it being an outstanding book. The subject matter of this book is definitely needed in the world today.

I would recommend this informational book to anyone who desires to enrich a child's life. It helps the reader understand and manage children's different learning styles. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, teacher, or childcare worker, you will find this book educational and inspirational.

This sounds like a really interesting book. While I am not a parent myself, I would be interested in seeing how the author has applied biblical principles to child-rearing. Thank you for your review!
