Almost Everything You Wanted to Know About Tickling by Duncan Taub, as the title implies, covers everything that you and I should know about human tickling.

Two thousand women participated in this research by answering questions about tickling and tickling roles in their social lives. The author explained the results of the conducted research, which signifies how our culture, environmental location, relationship status, age, and attitudes affect our response to tickling. Our individual cultures vary, and some women said that in their cultures children cannot tickle their parents, while in some cultures children can tickle their parents. The statistics of women who enjoy tickling from their romantic partners were noted by the author, and some women find it weird for a random person to tickle them. It is important to know that not all people can get responses while being tickled; some might get angry from being tickled. To fully grasp and understand the research purposes and results obtained by this author, it is advised to grab a copy of this book.

I love how the author wrote down the statistics that were obtained from the research; the author didn't stop there; the author went further to include quotes from some women who underwent the research; this action gave me trust in the author, which encouraged me to read more. I don't have anything to criticize about this book because I absolutely love it. I didn't know so many things about tickling till I read this book—how it relates to our relationship, how it can improve our relationships as life partners, and also improve parent and child bonds. I remember getting tickled by my mother; it increased our bond with each other. Our cultures as humans vary, so I advise, as it is important to grab this book to understand from people's experience if it is permitted in your culture.

I recommend this book to everyone who wants to understand human tickling. I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars for all the knowledge I gained from my reading.
