"The Glorious Beast" by Scott Chally I personally really enjoyed the story. The story is about friendship between two friends Ricky and Jimmy. They studied in Monticello Middle school. In first chapter we meet the characters Molly Wayne Steve Ricky and Jimmy. Ricky and Jimmy like the same girl Molly. When Molly gives a letter to Ricky to take her to the seventh and eighth grade dance so Wayne bullies Ricky that he can't take Molly to the dance. How do the two boys fight for a girl. Just like happens in school life. Without realizing 10 years passed. Now Ricky lives with Jimmy's parents. The both boys started working in the delivery business hauling for a lumber store. In this way with jokes fun romance everything went on and the story took a turn when both the boys traped in a drug Syndicate started doing risky drug deliveries to Cicago for Mon Cartel. Then suddenly their life becames good. The story became more interesting when their boss decided to reward them for their services over year. The boys then decide to cash in the favour by getting Jimmy's father Scott wanted his autobiography made into a movie. Scott believed he was a new Messiah of the World. The author beautifully narrate about the two boys life and how their lives unfolded. It details how they grew up shared moments of fun, jokes and romance and their bond developed over the years. However story took a turn to action thrilling how their paths were shaped by both ordinary and extraordinary events. I will rate the book 5 out of 5. Thank you.
