This was a very inspiring and unique book. Bettina Sparkles had a very hard life in her past. She gets in touch with her inner Spirit and ends up becoming a scribe for God's Spirit to write very profound concepts of life and how it was all meant to work. She would get up every morning and go to open her computer and just type out whatever it was that she would hear.

She typed out some very eye-opening and comforting thoughts. Some of them would teach how to see "love" in everything and everyone around us, thus not leaving room for evil. Many of the thoughts would focus on relaxation, getting in touch with the inner-self, and realizing that we are all one with each other and the world, and thus having a closer relationship with God.

The book goes on to talk about how life in this world can seem hard at first, with all the ups and downs that most of us experience, but as we grow older and are more able to recognize that God is everywhere, as we listen to his voice we will come to understand that God is in everything and there is a greater purpose for living.

I really enjoyed reading this book, and I will give it a five star rating because it was a very thoughtful, positive, and comforting book. The insights and revelation that come out of this book was truly enlightening. It helps the reader to find comfort and peace in everyday trials including hard things that one has to endure.

I would recommend this book to anyone who tends to look down on life, or who has questions about why this life can be hard sometimes. I think the reader can benefit from looking at life through these many comforting and insightful concepts and can actually help answer some of the questions that people may have about life.
