Review of The Solution is Political Revolution
The book The Solution is Political Revolution by Jillion R. Rising is a factual writing that centres on the systemic worldview of the modern age, in view of the state in which America finds itself now and where it will find itself in the future. In this book, the author explored the concept that for every action, there is a reaction, arguing that the government and powerful organisations manipulate this concept to favour them whilst oppressing the citizens.
The author criticises the government act of creating laws that benefit them, organisations and elites who help them get to their position, whilst leveraging the citizens taxes and leaving them to wallow in abject poverty. How the politicians imbibe on irrelevant issues such as race, religion and gender, depicting the fact that they are more demanding issues that could benefit their citizens, and this is just to shift their mindset on pressing economic and political scandals. Jillion gives us a detailed historical view of America’s systemic issues, moving down to analytically stating the problems encountered in the political, economic, financial and legal systems. The author argues that the government makes use of technology and the media to suppress their freedom of speech , where the media is seen more or less as a propaganda tool than as a source of unbiased speech.
Jillion didn’t just analyse the problems America as a country faced; he proffered solutions which could lead to America standing a chance for a better future and its citizens being free. Jillions argues that for the country to be better again, the whole political system needs to be restructured, and the citizens need to come together as one to fight against the government and their policies. I really loved reading this book; every page explained the author's passionate motive for a better America. I also love that he was genuine in his writing, not sugar-coating the government or being biased; he heavily spoke against the government and their policies and how it affects other sectors of the country, thereby making the citizens struggle. I also love the author’s use of simple English, making it suitable for anyone to read.
I love everything about the book; there's nothing to hate here. The book was well written and edited. There is so much to learn from the context of the book; it really enlightened me on various political and economic aspects and also America as a whole. I didn’t find any error in the book, so I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
I would recommend this book to anyone willing to learn more about America’s systemic history and also interested in knowing more about the depths of politics. The book is a great read and has a lot of context to learn from.
