Brandy: 101 Sips of Wisdom For Attaining A Successful Brand by Reilly Newman is a non-fiction book that, as the title suggests, aims to explain every possible detail about creating a brand. The two authors have complementary qualities (I don't know why only Reilly Newman is listed as the writer and not Scott Saunders). This diversity of talents has meant that these 101 topics cover everything you need to know about creating brands: history, the importance of logos and visual images, common mistakes, and consumer psychology, among others.

The most valuable aspect of this book is the practical examples. If someone were to make vague statements about what it takes for a brand to be successful, it would be too abstract. By using practical examples of successful companies and companies that failed, the content becomes easier to understand and absorb. Some examples, such as the bankruptcy of Blockbuster, appear frequently in similar books. However, there are many examples that I had never heard of. Everything is done to make life easier for the reader, including the high-quality images.

In terms of content, the book has nothing to improve. However, I found seven grammatical errors. These errors were all the same, that is, word spacing issues. Apart from that, the book seems to have been written by two professionals who know what they are writing about and, therefore, is impeccable.

Overall, Brandy: 101 Sips of Wisdom For Attaining A Successful Brand is a book written by true professionals with decades of experience. As mentioned, the book delivered on what it set out to do and has no flaws whatsoever. Therefore, I rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

I recommend this book to those who already have a business and want to develop it into something more serious and long-lasting. Management students will also find the book to be of exceptional quality. Although there are no profane words or sexual content (for obvious reasons), it is unlikely that anyone younger than 18 will enjoy this book. A basic understanding of business and management is essential to fully appreciate its content.
