Where thought ends, insight begins.
As the quote says, the book Enlightenment of Mind emphasizes and encourages letting go of the mental judgments to awaken deeper intuitive thinking. A book that teaches to see clearly the deeper parts of the mind and not just to gather loads of knowledge.

The book, Enlightenment of Mind by Karna Sonam Tarjay, is something that has insights based on the ancient Buddhist wisdom. The author has spoken about complex Buddhist concepts like stages of consciousness, non-duality, etc. How to have a shift in your perspective while having a quiet transition? How to understand complex concepts yet have mindful insights? Read the book Enlightenment of Mind to know more.

I loved the way the book ties historical content to present-day ideologies like psychology, neuroscience, etc. One more interesting part about the book is that it doesn't just speak about theoretical knowledge but offers practical steps that readers can apply to their own lives and relationships. Even though the book is in clear and understandable language, it requires a deep focus to keep going on with the book. It is not a simple travel read but something that takes time to stay engaged. I found the book to be professionally edited and have no errors in the book.

I would give the book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. This is because the book imparts practical wisdom that helps readers to stop and think about their experiences without blindly labeling them. It has minimal storytelling, hence making it to the point. The concise and short format of the book will make it a rewarding experience.

I would recommend this book to those who like contemporary books that link modern concepts and historical ideas. It would also be helpful to people who are looking for a change in perspective.
