In Spiritual Energy and You: Your Voyage Through Eternity, Walter E. Broach leads readers on a profound exploration of human souls in their cosmic connection. The author creates a worldview whereby everything has spiritual essence (infinite in duration, intelligent, and vibrational). From this point of view, the body is a temporary frame, and our essential nature is spiritual first.

In Broach’s examination of all of these things—soul memory, emotional energy and empathy, and spiritual healing—he builds an understanding of human development as a process of spiritual evolution. From meditation to visualizing and energy work, he follows a step-by-step approach to how people can find their true identity—while being grateful, showing love, and showing curiosity are spiritual capacities. The resource is firstly a philosophical essay and secondly a practical manual teaching us how to join with our inner light and clear the bad energies to achieve life harmony under universal energies.

In a way, I got what I call enlightenment with a dash of emotional comfort from the book. What impressed me most in the book is the conception of practical spirituality, which is not abstractions, but readers will find specific strategies and abstractions to live better, love more passionately, and to think beyond their comfort zones. Rather than religious dogma, an inclusive format allows religious teachings to become available. Broach’s approach towards empaths, or people who feel the existence of energy, gets validation and power from me. Deeply, I acknowledged his message that we are complete divine beings. The way this author tackles this educational material makes it a chance for self-growth. So I finished this work, and I was grounded and also optimistic, and curious about the unseen parts of existence.

The way the presentation is written is clear and understandable for any social group, which will be able to recognize the book's main message. Through a grounded, compassionate writing style, Walter E. Broach encourages readers towards accessibility, even to metaphysical concepts in personal understanding. Here, the editorial standard of the work is exceptional because there are no grammatical mistakes as I read it.

I strongly rate this book 5 out of 5 stars because I could not find a negative thing about it. The book is suitable for readers interested in spiritual concepts and whose interest in practicing energetic self-healing or in learning how the soul persists after physical death is demonstrated. Based on empaths and meditators, this book draws others who walk differently than organized religion to cultivate themselves personally. It may sound strange, but the book’s wisdom matches the necessities in books for those who ordinarily need emotional self-growth and conscious guidance in life's progress.

What I liked most about this book was the author's perfect understanding of the conflict. In high school, I was obsessed with this topic and have read over 100 books on the subject. I can say without exaggeration that Tod Benjamin offers some of the most accurate analyses I’ve encountered — from the Battle of Britain to Rommel's maneuvers in North Africa. From the very first page, it’s clear that he has a deep and nuanced grasp of the material.

Much of the book focuses on the actions of commandos, which makes it fast-paced, dynamic, and genuinely exciting.

The book has no real defects worth mentioning. I noticed only two minor grammatical issues: one uncapitalized word and a misspelling of General Patton’s name. Other than that, the editing is superb.
