Have you ever come across a book that feels more like an experience, or even precise, like a spiritual unfolding? The book Soul-Fullness by Tosin King James is one such book that shows us a 21-day program that would feel like you opened a portal to the higher realm by the end of it.

The book starts off rather beautifully, wherein the author gives a brief but impactful description of his own story and shares parts of his life that made him believe in the ‘Higher Source.’ What initially seems to be a guided path laid out by the author for us soon becomes much more profound. It becomes a reconnection with the ‘Source’ or an awakening of the ‘I am’ within.

I really appreciated the author's story about him being stuck at the gas station because of the gas pump nozzle being stuck in the tank, and then out of nowhere, he hears the spirit call to him (his ‘Guardian’), and he then does as the ‘Guardian’ guides him to, and that is how miraculously his problem is solved, just like that!

The author has also shared a lot of practical tools like ‘The Rewind Technique,’ a bunch of ‘Bedtime Techniques,’ and even using the sacred sound of ‘HU’ and ‘HU-Mana.’ He asks us to journal our dreams, be grateful, interpret sounds and symbols, and pay closer attention to even the little things, like a signboard you see, a song you hear, a passing comment, etc. They could all be potentially divine messages. I absolutely loved reading all this.

I also appreciated the stories that the author has shared throughout the book, such as that of Tina, who had a spiritual breakthrough through the ‘HU chant,’ or that of Martin, who survived an accident miraculously, or even that of Alice, who had a faith-led transformation.

Soul-Fullness is, moreover, a book that is open to all religions, thus making it accessible to people of varied faiths. That said, those who identify as atheists or those who prefer a purely scientific approach may find some parts of the book, like spirit communication, visions, or astral travel, a stretch. However, they can still consider reading this book with an open mind, so I am going to say that it is a book that is suitable for all.

On the whole, I personally had a wonderful time reading this book, and I am planning on starting the 21-day program myself. Considering my appreciation for the book as reflected in the above paragraphs and with nothing to dislike, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. The editing is simply flawless.

I would recommend this book to anyone on a spiritual journey; no matter which stage you are on currently, this book is a must-read!
