An interesting, thought-provoking, and inspirational book. It is true that people have different opinions about spirituality and the author did well to explain his idea of spirituality. Quite intriguing. Congratulations on being the book of the day! Nice review.

It was a great review, but I will be passing. I don't read religious books.

Sounds like a good self-help book. It's great that the author has included his background so the reader could relate more easily.
"You can be more aware and more present simply by resting in the present moment, open to all that is, without trying to control it or grasp it with the mind. Truly, a marvelous way of being!"

It is intriguing the way that the creator had the option to make a burglary advantageous for him. I cannot help thinking about everything that Jesus said to him in the fantasy. Can hardly hold on to peruse and figure out more. Love the consolidation of humour. Thanks for the great review.

I am not really into self-help books though from the description in the review it does sound worth reading. I think I just might give this one a whirl.

This self help book seems to be a good book for me. I will totally enjoy this book because I am a Christian and have the same beliefs as the author. I like to know about his self meditation techniques and the cleaner foods ideas. Congrats Botd!

This is an inspirational and spiritual self-help book. The author teaches us about consciousness, about a meditation technique called Observation Meditation, and a strange dance, called Dance of Self to restore harmony in one’s environment. It'd be nice to practice some of the exercises and tips mentioned in this book.

I'm not a big fan of inspirational/spiritual novels. Hence, I'll have to pass on this one. But I'll recommend this book to my friends who might be interested in the genre.

The author's introduction at the beginning of the book definitely strengthens the interest of the reader. It shows it isn't just an abstract or researched work but a personal experience.
Thanks for the review.

This book seems really more a holistic approach to well-being than just spiritual. I agree with your observation, ‘everyone has their own opinion on what spirituality means to them’ for the concept is commonly erroneously equated with religion. This is a thoughtful review.

It seems the book is concerned with maximising all round satisfaction in human endeavours. I saw eating healthy, dancing away negativity as contents of the book. It is a good book all round from the look of things.
