Official Review: A Comprehensive Guide To The Male Mind

What are the deepest desires of men? What secrets do their minds hold? Can understanding the male mind help us with our relationships with them?
A Comprehensive Guide to the Male Mind is a short, easy-to-read book by M.B. McDonald. The author has studied the male mind through interviews, cognitive testing, and years of research. Despite the differences in socio-economic backgrounds, ages, and cultures, all adult men seem to display the same thought patterns. McDonalds’ findings are beautifully laid out in two chapters. The unique discoveries unearthed in the author’s study are shocking but true.
This was a marvelous book. I thoroughly enjoyed every page of it. I really appreciated the author’s approach to presenting her findings. Initially, I was very surprised by the bluntness of the language, but I quickly became accustomed to her style of writing. I think the book was written similarly to the frank manner in which men typically express themselves.
The fonts used in the book were very large. Actually, every single word in the book was written in capital letters. This made it very easy to read. As a matter of fact, I completed this book in less than five minutes due to the large, boldly printed words. It is rare to find a book which is short, meaningful, easy on the eyes, and also caters to adult readers. Therefore, I was pleased with the layout.
Readers will either love this book or hate it because not everyone can appreciate the humor in it. To me, the manner in which the author portrayed the elements of the male mind can be considered a tad satirical, yet it was blatantly entertaining. Honestly, I burst into loud laughter while reading. In one instance, I had expected something completely different in the second chapter than what was actually written. I wish I could give more examples, but I do not want to give away spoilers.
This book contained zero grammatical errors. I strongly think that it was professionally edited. A Comprehensive Guide to the Male Mind deserves to be rated 4 out of 4 stars for its blunt, hilarious narrative which is extremely easy on the eyes. Although women may gravitate towards this book more than men, males will also agree with the contents of this book. For this reason, I think that both genders will enjoy it. This book will appeal to a wide range of readers, from young adults to elderlies. It will also make a nice gag gift for a female friend or lover. However, people who are easily offended by gender-related humor may not appreciate it.
