Real Secrets of Life by Krishna Jagarnath speaks of real life experiences of the author who brings out the true nature of human being that is a vice to the human’s existence and which without awareness, the world will never know peace.

Krishna starts by sharing a meditative secret to stop certain food habits, whereby he discovers the world would be left better and much more beautiful as we found it if we all become stewards of stop eating animal products, cutting trees to avoid overgrazing where the world has become industrial with the fast market pressure that anything must sell either its produce pollution or not.

Krishna provides some guidelines of taking food from what to take to what time certain food need to be taken. For example in chapter 3, he gives guidelines of living a disease free life that even at 80 and 90 years we will still feel like 35 years old. He emphasizes that the disease we acquire, begins with the food we put in our bodies. I like it when he says that to be sick is not normal because we are meant to live an abundant life. In today’s world teenagers are having heart attacks. We should bring salvation to the people where to live a healthy life is to conquer the world.

To avoid this misfortune, we should eat supper before 7 pm or 3 hours before we sleep. For me I taught you can eat anything at any time as long as I am hungry but there is a reason I must I have to eat at least 3 hours before bed. It allows time for digestion so that one may sleep well. If it is not well digest well you can take a guess of what comes next……

There also tricks of knowing when the body is in season, things like what I should do when I have fever and why you have to eat when the appetite disappears. I did not know the mood also we take food affect the body and that the absence of disease is not a sign of good health.I love the aspect of Krishna relating everything to the divine and that the creator is all in all, he brings the insight of if we can accept people from different faith who have experienced miracles more than some in other faiths. We find ourselves divided not because we tolerate and don’t respect each other. This brings me to the second coming of Christ which enlightens that as long as long as there will be no unity of Faith Jesus will not come and on the contrary if this practice is achieved it might prompts the establishment of the kingdom of God on earth. Tough God always intervenes in his creation as he wishes so we should not limit him.

I rate the book 4 out of 4 stars I didn’t notice any error and I recommend it to readers of non-fictional educational materials referring to authors like Richard Haights of the Unbound a meditation peak to take you to the next life you eagerly desires.

It seems that these are wonderful secrets that need to be shared far and wide. I wonder how old Krishna is.

The connection between food and health is one that's always worth exploring. Sounds like this book does that and more, even connecting it to the divine. Excellent review.
