This book is a picture of grit and determination and your review do it justice. You go into enough details about the man's life to support how bad his early hardships were, and how focused and committed he had to be to overcome them.

Racism and casteism is still prevalent in many parts of the developing countries. It's good to read such a content in detail to understand what is wrong with the society and how it impacts a person. This book will certainly have an impact on the world wide audience.

Dr Douglas’s life is truly inspiring. He did not let failures and challenges come in the way of his success. It’s on my read list!

This is an interesting story. To think itbis the life story of the author. I am fond of histories, life stories and autobiographies. And this would be a very inspirational and learning experience for newbie readers like me. Thank you for the review.

Congrats on BOTD!
Dr. Douglas exposes racism in businesses and educational institutions in his book. Dr. Douglas overcame these and other challenges to develop a successful profession; it makes for a highly inspirational story. It's necessary to depict the truth of such situations so that they can possibly improve one day.

Racism is one of the long-time diseases that has eaten deep into society. It affects how humans are treated by fellow humans maybe because if their skin colour, social strata. This has done us more bad than good and demands quick attention.

I have a lot of respect for the author on how he handled situations in his life. I don't think it was right what he had to go through though. This was an awesome book to read and experience. Great review.

Racism is a very bad thing that needs to be dealt with , I really don't know why some people would act horrible to someone because of the colour of their skin , its disheartening, in all I am supper proud of dr Douglas ,his story is really inspiring

"Defining Moments of a Free Man from a Black Stream" by Dr Frank L Douglas. An interesting life story, talks about Douglas, his life experiences. Douglas witnessed levels of racial discrimination. Douglas was dedicated to his work and he was hard working, never giving up. Congrats on your #BOTD.
