Yes, I wished I have read the book before now. If I had this knowledge last year I wouldn't have panicked when my foot was cut open by a piece of a broken bottle and blood was following from all angles.

Yes, I wish I had read this book sooner because in the past I was not very health conscious as it relates to me eating a balance diet and getting in enough sleep and exercise. This read has transformed my lifestyle for the better and for that I am grateful.

I agree, since I have read this book I no longer spend so much of my time and monetary resource at the doctor because I have grown to appreciate healthy eating, getting enough rest, exercise regularly and just taking time to take care of myself in a holistic way.

I really wished I had read this book earlier before now. The world is currently ravaged by a pandemic, and the least everyone can hope for now is a thorough piece on health, medicine and hygiene. Having read this book, I am sure I will make better decisions in the longrun.

Yes, i wished I had read this book earlier. The book is a revelation to me, it shown me the importance of taking my health serious by eating healthy food and partaking in exercise. It also shown me the disadvantages of not talking my health serious.

Yeah, I wish I'd had this medical guidebook when I was younger. When a friend drowned at the pool last week, there was a good chance I might have saved his life by performing CPR on him.

Yes, I do wish I had read it earlier. Some of the information in the book shocked me. Whenever I pick up a soda can to drink, I think about this book and reconsider my decision.

Thankfully, there haven't been any tragic episodes in my life that would have required me to know the contents of the book. However, due to my overthinking nature, I always feel that I should be prepared for any type of emergency that may occur in the future. So I am glad that I came across the book to equip myself better for such extreme situations.

As a person living with a respiratory condition that book is a must have not just in soft copy but also in paperback so that each member of the house can be educated on how to handle medical emergencies in the event a professional is not readily available.

I wished I had read this boom earlier because it would have made me start a healthy eating habit sooner and give people advice on emergencies which would have avoided a lot of deaths around me.

To be honest, I wish I had read this book before now. I encountered something earlier this year and if I had read this book by then I'd have been able to solve the issue easily.

Yes, I definitely wish I had read this sooner. I have a very rare nerve disorder, and I sought treatments from many different doctors. However, what I found to be most effective was a lifestyle change focused on healthy eating and regular exercise.

This book worked like an eye opener for me. My parents have always been my mentor for my good health. Reading this book, I feel more aware now, and it works as a go to guide for me. I am glad I came across it.

I had an ear infection and rapid breathing at least a year ago. And I wish that I should have searched for medical-related books before. This book really star-struck me with its explicit information.
