Definitely, even more so because I am taking a few classes now and basically I have no time to make a balance meal or even rest adequately. It is like my life is on a fast paced situation, but this book is a reminder for me to eat right and just take care of my entire being.

Sure, it's so nice knowing this. There are a lot of things I would have done differently like when my grandmother had stroke or my best friend had an asthma attack

Several small incidents come to mind in the past where having read this very useful book would have helped me a great deal with making much better decisions in very fast emergency situations. I’m glad to have read it now though, the wealth of information in it could be a life saver!!

Well, I am a health personnel, and most of the time people are always reaching out to seek professional health tips. Knowing that such a book exists which was written and organized in a pattern anyone can comprehend will ease me some stress because I will always recommend this book to them. So I wish I have known this book before now, I would have saved a lot of stress for myself by recommending this book to people for basic health tips.

I wish I had read this book before. My mother is elderly with a lung condition. There were one or two occasions before she had an oxygen machine that we had to call and wait for an ambulance. When I studied beauty therapy, we had first aid as a subject with theory and practical, but it is easy to forget, and I am always afraid that I wouldn't know what to do in an emergence situation. The book is so well-written that it is easy to follow the instructions.

I'm fortunate to say that I've never had to deal with a medical emergency but I'm glad I read this book. I hope I never have to use the knowledge. I believe everyone should care enough to learn how to take care of themselves and others before professionals arrive and take over. One never knows.

The only thing I'll say is that I'm glad I was able to read it now. I'll consider myself lucky that I have not been through an experience where I will be unable to do anything because I lacked the info. And it also serves as an eye opener I guess, to be more wary and take my health more seriously.

Last year, my uncle died from a sudden heart attack. The most probable reason was the years of unhealthy lifestyle and alcohol. It was a shock and the biggest lesson; now I understand the impacts of nutrition and lifestyle on our longevity.

Simply said, the contents of this book are amazing.  Although I can't think of a case where I'd need this right now, I'm confident that it will become reference material.    The material is beneficial to both professionals and non-professionals.   This book encourages us to think about other people's health, makes us realize that, even if we lack expert medical knowledge, we may be highly valuable in an emergency. Your personal health, as well as the health of others, is vital.

Yes, I wish I had read this medical handbook sooner. My husband is prone to injuring himself, from electrocution to broken toes. I would have been able to handle the situations with much more confidence with the help of the information in this handbook.

I wish I had come across this book before. Not because I witnessed a medical emergency like that of your grandfather, but because the book sounds very interesting. Most probably everyone should be informed about the basics of first aid. I am grateful I have not been in a medical emergency situation. I am not sure how useful I would be in a crisis, but I suppose, in those moments, one does the best one can to assist the patient.
