I haven't read the book yet. But I'm saving the forum for future reference before I read it.
I just have too many TBR from last month I haven't gone through yet

I like this book, even though I do not often get into the Thriller genre. It was easy to read. I took architecture classes in school, so him talking/thinking about aspects of buildings is amusing. The amnesia and his choice to hide it are interesting; I never met anyone with that. I have met some people with PTSD -- similarly, they keep all that to themselves. So, I guess it makes sense in Amnesia too.

I just finished the novel, so I still have to properly reflect on it, as there was a lot of food for thought. The dig into John's mind with his backstory and the slow discovery of his motivations and so on was intriguing.

The book deserves a full 4 out of 4 stars rating. Its a psychological thriller with a very gripping concept. It is like a wild roller coaster ride. I was skeptical about it at first, but as I grabbed the book I found myself flipping through the pages constantly. The aspect with Amnesia of John Gowan involving not only mental health but also terrorism and the drawing the difference between appearances and realities is what makes this book a success.

I was really impressed by this book. It is one of the best psychological thrillers I have read in a long time. It starts off a bit slow, however, after a while, the pace improves and it becomes a mind-blowing story. It deserves a 4 star rating. My favourite part of the novel is the author's description of John Gowan's mental state. He describes it with such finesse that I experienced the emotions and thought patterns in John's mind. I highly recommend this book, because it delivers to the audience a most exciting thrill which ends with a tantalizing cliffhanger.

John is a character I love most in the story. Despite what is at stake, he refused to let out the truth to save his works. I will give the book a rating of 4 out of 4 stars. I would also recommend this book to lovers of psychological thrillers.

The Freedom Building is a type of the book I would pick. I love the story, and the writing style is perfect. I hope there will be the second book according to a cliffhanger the author left in the end of the book.

I haven't finished the book yet, so I can't say much about the overall plot. For now, it's a very enjoyable book--though some aspects of the plot were questionable, in my opinion--, and I like the author's writing style. I would rate this novel a cautious 3 out of 4 stars until I finish it (I might upgrade it).

It is not every day I come across a psychological thriller novel, that surprisingly has action too. What John is going through is intriguing and the Zenith building is a puzzle in itself, constantly keeping the reader guessing about everything connected to it and John. This is my favorite aspect of the book, so many angles to the story. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

It is one of the well-written psychological thrillers I have come across by far. The thought-provoking and intriguing plot will keep you at the edge of your seat. Moreover, the author surely knows when to put you in suspense just right in time to flick your curiosity and have you flipping the pages once again. However, I noticed a few errors in the book and prejudices towards some religions, so I think the book needs a little more space for improvement. Nonetheless, I would gladly rate this book 3 out of 4 stars.

I found The Freedom Building to be well-written and fascinating. I enjoyed the plot, the many twists, and the suspense in the book. The character development was well done. It was intriguing that when John had an accident and woke up three and a half years later, he thought he woke up the day after the accident. There is nothing I disliked about this book. I recommend The Freedom Building to those who enjoy psychological thrillers. I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.
