I found Cecilia quite annoying and whiny, to be honest. She makes the decision to be with Sebastian, yet still leads Alexander on. Her reasoning is also very immature at times.

I think every fictional character needs to be dynamic. There is no way one person can be so perfect and without flaw. I found it hard to relate to Cecilia and it made the story seem 'unbelievable'. At least one or two flaws would have sufficed.

I had mixed feelings about Cecilia. I felt neutral towards her character. Though when she showed her childish behavior or arrogance, I found her unlikeable, just like how you will feel towards a spoiled child. The author did show that she, towards the end, became more aware of her bad attitude and tried to become better.

I actually liked her. But I agree with you, at times she really acted like a spoiled child.

I really did not connect with Cecilia as a character and have many ambivalent feelings towards her. For a character who has been alive for so many years, her actions seemed very immature at times, and I found her to be very one-dimensional in her thinking. I hope (in the sequel) that she is a bit more rounded.

I found her character to be interesting and even likable in some ways. She stood for her own values independently of her father. This could be seen as confident or just arrogant depending on how you looked at it. Some of her deeds were not the best, but she did go for what she believed in.

I neither found her likeable nor unlikable. Even though she's the main character, I didn't focus on her much and preferred the supporting characters.
On another note, I did find her arrogant and spoilt but I believe that those are just flaws in her character to make her more realistic. She does have some redeeming qualities like actually recognizing her faults along with making an effort to improve and trying to mingle with humans even though she was previously in the business of murdering them.

The humane nature of Cecilia as well as the baggage of being Lucifer’s daughter has been balanced effortlessly by her and surely demands appreciation.

I do find Cecilia's character to be likeable. I agree that she could possess a few more human attributes, but I do think that her spoilt brat nature added a different dimension to the book.

The author did well in the development of that character, made the story interesting logically. But, I didn't find Cecilia likeable maybe because of her over grown baby display.

I think that I might have found her personality to be likeable if the character was more dimensional. I feel like the only time her emotional side was thoroughly discussed was in relation to her romantic interests. I would have loved to see some more complex feelings and thoughts

I found Cecilia to be a frustrating character. She's supposed to be 200 years old, but she didn't show any of the maturity of that and some of her thoughts and actions were more like a teenager. This was disappointing to me and made me dislike Cecilia.

Cecilia was likable, albeit she did have some nasty tendencies at times. However, I love how the author was able to successfully build her character. I appreciated how she showed maturity throughout the novel, recognizing her shortcomings and attempting to rebuild her relationships with those she had wronged. It takes a bold individual to undertake something like this.

Cecilia's character was quite amazing. In as much as I like her in some part and dislike her when I remember her past. She is just a character that gives the reader a mixed reaction.
