The kiss on the lips is quite necessary as a way of Sebastian reminding Cecilia that he still lives her, especially after the huge bump they faced in their relationship. The kiss on the cheeks seems platonic, it can be shared with anyone, but the kiss on the lips has some sense of intimacy attached to it.

I have to disagree because I enjoyed the kiss that they shared. They were in love so the kissing doesn't make it boring.

A kiss on the lips is more intimate than the one on the cheek, so I preferred Cecilia and Sebastian's.

Althoygh it was a bit boring, I preferred Sebastian's kiss on Cecilia's lips. It felt very intimate and romantic.

I agree with you one hundred per cent. It was the most expected thing to do after all a that but it just cemented what we already knew
