I like this quote, too. A silence made of noise.ericamartabee wrote: ↑14 Feb 2022, 16:17 "The wind roared through the trees, but I heard, or felt, a terrible kind of silence."
The sentence itself sounds like what it is describing. The soft rolls of the first part, turning into the abruptness of "terrible kind". It seems like a contradiction to be able to sense both at once but it isn't.

"Why? I win my fights. I don't pick fights, but I don't back down. " It shows boldness, confidence, and inward strength. I so much love Sarah

The first one is my favourite, as it shows that we never choose the challenges in our life, but to fight and win them is our choice.Amenrodion wrote: ↑11 Feb 2022, 14:39 I really have two and they are: ' I win my fights. I don't pick fights, but I don't back down. I think it's a great philosophy to live by. My other favourite line is 'The Woman chooses in this world too' because as a woman, it might not always feel thay way and sometimes you need to remind yourself that you have the right to a choice

Oh, yes. I love this one too. It is so, so relatable, especially to my current circumstances. It is always challenging, it always requires a lot of energy, but when you understand your passion, you will find that power within you.

I actually like this quote too. To me it gives a sense of empowerment to us women and validates the fact that we also have a choice.Peace Chux wrote: ↑08 Feb 2022, 21:37 When Travis said "The woman chooses in this world too" It came up in a conversation with Sergei about Myra but it meant so much more to me.
