Everyone’s picking Sarah because she is indeed exceptional. Being the protagonist in many of the series, she always has had an extra boom to flaunt to the audience that makes us love her. She’s mysterious, poignant, and powerful despite what she has come through as a 13-year-old lady.

I learnt to be more self aware from Sarah’s character. She’s undoubtedly my favourite character in the book.

Sarah. My favorite is Sarah because although she's stubborn and unruly you can tell she really cared about her grandfather. I also love how brave she is.

I loved Sarah more than all the characters in this book because of the charisma she had. She was strong, resilient and fearless.

I've also come to really like Laurie. Laurie has been through a lot and still stays strong despite that. Although she comes off as very moody you can tell she has a big heart.

Sarah possesses so much charisma. I was carried away by her character so much. I could relate directly with the issues she faced.

My favorite character is unarguably Sarah. She was an inspiration to me throughout the story. She was a strong, brave, confident, purposeful and goal driven girl even at a young age.

My favourite character was Sarah Cooley. I love her so much simply for her interest and insatiable hunger to know about her culture and who she was. Faced with all the oppositions that came her way she always valued candor. Her courage, bravery and stubbornness can never be discredited and her spirit that is filled with passion shines bright like a torch.♥️
