The first book that I’ve ever review in this platform is entitled Strong Heart and I believe it is one of the sequels in this book. However, I still believe that all can be read standalone since each book provided different settings and different conflicts and ending that made it all unique and thrilling

No, I haven't. I read the book all by itself and I enjoyed it. I feel like it's an independent piece although reading the prequels would definitely provide more context for the reader. I was however able to piece together the important things that took place in the previous books. You can read the book alone if you want, but I honestly think you should read the previous books first. So you dont get confused especially at the beginning of the book when they reference some of the occurrences in the previous books.

I honestly have read Adrift before, but I choose not to write a review on it. Strong Heart is the second book I have read, and I honestly thought as well that it couldn’t be read standalone. However, to my end, I was able to enjoy these two stories, and I want to tell you that it can be read standalone.

I haven't read them yet. I can't wait to read them despite this book being able to be read as a stand alone

I read the book without reading the prequels, I came across it and it made sense. But, still I feel if I had read the prequels it would have been more easier to understand.

I haven't read them. And maybe that's why I got a little confused in the beginning. Would help if I did

I haven't read the prequels of the book, but it's understandable without it. The book can serve as a standalone. But I feel reading the prequels might enable in-depth understanding of the story.

I haven't read them, but I feel reading them will create more sense of understanding. The readers will get to know how some events came to play.

I haven't read the prequels yet. According to the author, the series was written in a way that it could be read as stand alone

I haven't read the second book in the series just the first and it does make sense to read the other two for that connectivity. But I feel the books are standalone and by reading just one book you can get an idea about what happened in the previous books.

Strong Heart 1 is the first book I've read. Although the books may be read alone, I believe it is best to begin with the prequels.

I haven't read the prequels yet. I feel the book can stand alone but that the prequels could add some perspective. I will check those out to round out the experience of reading Totem.
