While the cover does seem chaotic, I feel, from my point of view, that it brings across the theme that the author is striving for. Conflict in the society.

In my opinion, the designer of this book cover did an astounding job; the illustration on the cover speaks volumes about what the book contains. As far as I am concerned, it did its job excellently.

At first glance, the review seems complex, but on reading the book or the review, you come to understand that it outlines the standout factor in the book, which is racism, so I think the cover is a good fit.

The book cover gives a little information about the book but it doesn't look that attractive. It's a normal looking book cover with a tad bit of racism in it.
I believe that great success is possible in any field - From music to mathematics to macro trading.

I don't like the cover of this book. Without reading the book, it is hard to know what the cover is actually saying. People who judge books by the cover probably won't read this one

The cover will certainly make me stop and stare, but as the saying goes, "There's more than meets the eye". I'm not that much on the outside

The book's art cover was the perfect telltale sign of what to expect in the book. The cruel nature of racism that is a prevalent theme in the book can be inferred from the art cover.

The cover of this book was captivating. At first it was a bit confusing but I looked at it for sometime and could tell a little of what the book was about.

The cover does fit the book and the themes it talked about but it does seem a little unrelated to the title of the book. The title says something about war, a brief description of what the book is about while the cover portrays mostly the themes of racism and sexism.

The art in the cover is a perfect depiction of the theme. It represents the pain and injustice that the author felt and highlights the racial aspects.

The cover was a bit confusing but at the same time picked my interest in going through the book. The book talks about racism and the abuse of humanity. I think the art cover vividly explains what was written in the book.

would have preferred a better job at combining the different elements on the cover because the photoshopping/edit looks rather like a first time cover rather than a professional edit. but overall the idea conveyed is on point.

I think the cover of the book matches the content well. It is a very bust cover, but it is impactful, and it catches the eye.

I found the cover very interesting. Firstly, a woman is attacked and beaten by a police officer, and the onlookers are just pointing and standing by. Based on the cover, I would definitely give this book a read.
It depicts the culture of the country at that time. Notice it only seems to be males looking on while the assault is happening. Adding this to my bookshelf. :techie-studyingbrown:

Covers have always not been a problem for me when choosing a book. I didn't think much of the cover but after reading the book, the cover seemed appropriate in depicting the story in the book.
