Re-title the book

I love this question. Giving things titles is one of the most fun things to do. For me I would so The Heiress or The Enchantress

I find the current title to be very compelling and would not retitle it. It seems to capture the essence of the book very well.

The Queen of the pirates, i mean like, sine the protagonist is fearless in the face of her opponents, and keeps her cool when fighting her opponents she deserves that title.

Honestly I found the title of this book to be one of the things that add to its awesomeness. The pirate princess, child of two famous pirates... Couldn't be possible be any better.

Personally, I would like the "Ballad of a Pirate Princess" or simply "The Pirate Princess" as the title. I'm not exactly sure why, but I don't prefer the character's name in the title in this case.

If I had to rename it, I'd choose "The Adventures of Brandy, the Pirate Princess". The word, "ballad" doesn't make the title appealing. Plus, there is a good deal of adventure in the story.

I would also title it "At Stake". It sounds awkward but I think so much is at stake for both the protagonists and villains.

And maybe the last, it will be "Struggle For Survival" since it is darn clear that the protagonist has to struggle to survive amongst the hostilities.

The Red Witch is certainly befitting! The only other title that comes to mind for me is The Pirate Princess of the Seas. But I think I'll stick with the original title.
