It doesn't matter if there was enough info about Arthur and Katrina in the original story to write a sequel from. This is fiction; the author can always think up new stuff about the characters so far as it is done creatively and makes logical sense when you think about it in comparison to this first instalment. Anyway, these are my two cents.
