After reading this book, one of the common intruders I can relate to is procrastination. I always welcome it till its too late. Another intruder I struggle with regularly is self doubt.

The book talks about intruders; the outsider that comes into our lives and destroys the positivity in us..

The Intruders I have come across often in myself are Procrastination, self-blame, and low confidence.

I would say procastination. Sometimes when i plan to do a thing and always procrastinate. This is a very bad intruder and I must work it defeating. If someone continues with this, he or she ends up not achieve what he planned to. Another intruder is betrayal, whenever someone disappointed me, I always feel discouraged in what i am doing.

The intruder that I can relate to the most is laziness and procrastination. I am happy I read this book. It has helped me deal with the intruders effectively.

There are many intruders that can possibly drain the positivity out of someone. One intruder that has affected me is low self-esteem, and another is procrastination. This book gave me tips on tackling and combating them.

I can mostly relate to the three demons, which are Fear, Procrastination and laziness. They are big intruders of success

The intruder I can relate to is procrastination. I have always found myself shifting dates and plans. Reading this book has exposed me to this intruder and the possible danger.

One intruder that perpetually comes under the carpet for me is my time to time seeking for people's mercy instead of being tough on my side and they would behave themselves around me. I surfer unfair humiliation at many points and some of these would come seeking for mercy with me later on though if they unknowingly discover my true self. I struggle with this often and often.

I hope to keep on using a positive affirmation that I am also worth being acknowledged and treated as who I deserve to be treated.

I think procrastination is a major one for me, along with some imposter syndrome. It makes me doubt my skills and accomplishments, which makes the procrastination even worse.

Everyday of my life, I am constantly intruded with thoughts that causes me to be anxious and depressed within the environment. Another intruder is procrastination, but I believe that they've been curbed down.

Low self esteem was something I lived with everyday before. I never felt relevant and this seriously hindered my progress in life. I also had a problem with procrastination for a long time. This book has freed me from this lifestyle and I've experienced significant progress ever since.

Mine is definitely procrastination. I can't seem to be able to make myself do thing when I ought to. This is really annoying.
