I have read some self-help books and I feel Maestro dialogue is indeed special. Usually, I find that some of them are monotonous (repeating the same idea in different ways in the book) which this book isn't. The questions asked makes one stop and think either in the back of one's mind or when one gets a break from reading before continuing. The illustrations and every other thing else in the book compels one to examine oneself knowingly or unknowingly.

To me, what makes this book unique is that, out of all the other self-help book I've read, the concept here is quite new and other used to say d same concept but with different approach as you've said in your post.

Immediately I started reading this book, I was blown off like how could someone get to know this concept and can still name things in the concept. 'Mastreo!'

The book wasn't just a book to read and drop. It was a textbook and workbook. It was a practical self help book, identifying problems and offering solutions. While reading the book, I felt like the author was right in front of me and talking to me. No self help book has made me feel like that

I think it is different from other self-help books in that it provides a lot of room for self-reflection as opposed to others that usually list dos and don'ts. I found it quite easy to relate to and felt like the book was for me.

I am delighted that you folks are giving me honest feedback on what's working for you with the way I wrote the book. You all are a gift to me. I learn through you. Living with the "freedom to be who we came here to be" is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. I wanted this book to make this point clear when I wrote this book. You are helping me to see how I have accomplished that. Thank you :) Rob

What makes the book "The Maestro Monologue" by Rob White different from other self-help book is its practical steps in self actualisation and that the person in question must have a belief for success

The main difference is the practical way Rob white presented the the book and hammering the role of inward looking as road to success

I think what makes it different from other self-help books is the fact that the steps are very easy to follow and it focuses mainly on your abilities and no other requirements.

Etini Willie wrote: 01 May 2022, 08:00 What makes the Maestro Monologue different from other self help books is that Rob White in writing this pushes you to have a conversation with the biggest factor responsible for your success in life. That is 'You'.

If you read the book religiously towards the Maestro Monologue part you would find 'yourself talking to yourself'. This heightened level of self awareness can set one to push limits.
I see eye to eye with you. There is no one responsible for what we feel or do than us. Its starts with all of us. If none of us have any critical skills to see what is wrong in us and try to change each of the factors that destroy us, there will no self help. I mean, it is called self help for a reason. These sort of books never tend to look at factors that live in the outside world, its all in ourselves. And perhaps what Rob White is trying to do, is to help people realize that there is no one to blame but us, for our choices and our feelings.

In my opinion, what makes the book different and unique is the fact that it feels personal. I mean, while reading, it feels like you're having a conversation with yourself. One other thing is that it has a religious point of view too.

The flexibility of the exercises is something I find few self-help books have. White even states, “Feel free to modify the exercises, so they speak directly to you. Those you modify will prove to be the most illuminating.” Most self-help books are strict, and you are advised to do exactly what is written, or you are doing it wrong. I feel that being able to modify the exercises, so they fit my personal situation/issue, works better in achieving successful results.

I never read self-help books, and so am not the perfect example to describe how The Maestro Monologue is unique. Still, I never thought that a book can speak to a reader in such a manner. I truly felt as if I was directly addressed, and even found others that relate to parts I did not relate to. It is a masterpiece, and I enjoyed all of its entirety. Kudos to the author. He indeed did an amazing job with his book.

I do not quite see much difference between maestro monologue and other self-help except for the way the author beautifully crafted the concepts in the book and how he incredibly try to imprint it in the minds of readers. More so, the questions and summary at the end of each chapter will help readers understand themselves better.
