From the pick, one picks a vital lesson. Safeguard your space, keep anyone or anything that makes little of your efforts at life growth.

Self awareness would help keep intruders always and foster a happy life.

Appreciate and embrace oneself, indeed, Ola. I am glad you got that lesson from my book. When we appreciate and embrace, we awaken what is always awake within us - that part of us that is forever willing to jump in and help out when a life-challenge is bouncing you about. And of course, that's The Maestro.

Truth can be painful, but it can also be wonderfully freeing. Robert White. The Maestro Monologue (Kindle Location 2496). The Mind Adventure Inc. Kindle Edition.
This is my takeaway from the book. Growth happens when there are no hindrances. And the truth removes those barriers. Removing or parting with something is often associated with pain. The pain is unintentional and is temporary. It is a part of a liberating process that opens up more possibilities. Always go for what is true. In everyday life, being truthful helps in managing expectations.

I can not help but agree with this. There is a false self in us indeed. It brings in negativity and reduces our positive attitude an vibes, and once we can overcome ourselves, we can overcome anything. And that is what we should strive for.

I learned that we don’t have to let negativity rule out thoughts. We can shut them down. I don’t know why it’s harder to tell ourselves good things, but that’s precisely the problem we have today. We need to see the good around us and in ourselves.

I think I can sum it up to, "we are who we are where we are for a reason". And we are a product of our surroundings and our thoughts

One of the important lesson is that there is a false ourselves that will harm us mostly than any other thing. And we will have to counter it with the maestro.

I am always going to be grateful to the author for coming up with this book. I learned a couple of lessons but the major one is that we can control what we let into our minds and what we don't.

This book was so exceptional one lesson I learned is, that the intruder will always come but knowing and believing that you are the maestro is essential in dealing with this intruder.

When I read this book, I learnt how to defeat the demon within me. Self-doubt is a demon that has been tormenting me over time. I am glad I read this book. The encounter is timely.

I learnt that at the end of it all, you need to change your mindset and constantly work on yourself in order to be better.

I'm glad my book has helped you to better understand your better half, Vinny :) Indeed, there is the original you, absolutely talented through and through... and then there is that culprit - the other self - that will insist that it (with all it's flaws and unworthiness), is all there is of you. Good catch, when you catch that Vinny :) Rob

The lesson I learnt from this book is that, the company you keep determine what you are, that is I have to be mindful of the kind of company I keep.

One important lesson I’ve gleaned from this book is that we have intruders and this book is all about knowing the nature of humanity and understanding the whole out of us, our weaknesses, and our strengths.
