After reading the book, I was quite relived and it gave me assurance about life. The holistic notion of success. wisdom, and intruders are substantial and I couldn't discard how helpful the book to my ego and my outlook.

I think I've started to really see myself as being fully in charge of my life and where I end up. I think it's easy to fall into this mindset where we believe that life just kind of happens to us... at least for me it is, but this book has taught me that I am responsible for building the life that I want and I think I'm starting to see myself as capable of achieving everything that I want to achieve.

I find that I am less fearful of failure as I embrace it as a part of me that needs to be re-assessed by asking some different questions of myself. They key to this thought is the fact of eliminating any outside influences as having any sort of responsibility for my failures. It is all on me!

I learnt that you can always push out this ‘intruder’. It shouldn’t take up a lot of space in our mind and head, that what it says began to sound true.
