I'd recommend it to anyone interested in personal development and people struggling with low self-esteem.

What I like most is White's honesty and analytical ability. He creates in you an awareness of your skilful nature. The key aspect of this awareness is the UU, which comes only when you know who and what you are, and why you are in this world. Everybody asks these questions of themselves at some point. Further, the book moves from theorising about these aspects to some practicalities, represented by the Dynamic Trio: those parts of your being that conceive ideas, examine them, and move them to action.
I did not like that White did not forcefuly highlight the purpose of the book as being to equip its readers with the ability to position themselves to grasp key life opportunities for success. All he did was sprikle a few disclaimers to distance the book from the perception that it was a formula for guaranteed success. Yet we know people who write in this genre risk a 'bad press' because of the commercialism associated with it.
The presentation of the book was good. The writing style was mostly simple - between conversational and didactic - and grammatically excellent, but the jargon-like acronyms were excessive. The cover is aesthetically pleasant, demostrating the book's 'you are the conductor of your life' theme.
I definitely recommend this book to anyone who is in a rut or simply looking for personal improvement, with the proviso that it requires a willingness to take the biblical references for what they are - as learning devices rather than an attempt at proselytisation.
