I did the exercises in this book, they were very helpful. It wasn't easy but determination drove me.

My experience of you folks sharing your experiences of my book - it has been an absolute pleasure. The world needs folks who think the way you onlinebookclub members think. There is a feeling of connectedness that you offer each other and the world. That is wonderfully huge! Thank you :) Rob author: The Maestro Monologue

The exercises helped make the book real to me. I equally confess some of the affirmations from time to time. The exercises were great

I tried doing the exercises after I finished reading the book. Most of the exercises are very helpful but need to be done repeatedly to see any benefit.

Yes, I have completed a handful of the exercises in the book. I'd want to go back and do some of the other exercises now that you've reminded me of it. It's been a long time since I've done them. I found it quite useful at the time. I'd like to do them all over again.

I honestly enjoyed the many exercises in this book. I believe some of which is odd, but I tried most of them. The concept of the excercise about celebrating, if I am not mistaken, was favorable for me. It enables me to embrace myself, loves myself, and value myself to the most feasible. I started to reward myself and celebrate even my small victories.

Oh! I just remembered those exercises. Ok guessing the exercise is about figuring out some of the things that need to be fixed in my life at this moment. I will simply have to go and check it again.

I think the exercises in the book are a huge help for many people. But it is important to repeat then and remember them. I tried several from the book and it really helps me to recall what I read and to think even deeper. This has allowed me to have new realizations about myself that I never thought about before which is truly enlightening.

I really liked the exercises in the book. It is true that it is not easy to keep up with those exercises, but yet they were helpful. It helps in understanding the situations far better, and the exercises were engaging as well. I will revisit those exercises in the future and will see how much progress I have made and how my thinking has changed.

I loved the one exercise that included us seeing of what we can become but don't think it would be possible for us. I followed through it and I don't know how it worked out but I am actually progressing towards what I want to be. I still sometimes think it may not be possible for me but the only thing I need to do is go to the book. I feel a spark of immense optimism each time I do it.

I take the time to decompress because I am way too hard on myself. I hold myself to such a high standard that when I don't meet those expectations, it is sometimes devastating.

I remember trying the positive self talk abd the mantras included in the book. The ones that have those words along the lines: "I am a rich and majestic child of infinite intelligence." I found then really interesting and helpful.

There are several exercise in this book and I can't name them all. However, what I enjoyed are activities concerning the 7-day challenge to succeed. Such challenges was quite bizzarre, but I enjoyed it so much.
