A common intruder with me is procrastination. I find it very common in my dealings. I certainly plan on working on it since I desire to improve on myself

I constantly feel like I could be doing more, like a bit more effort here and a slight change there would make the difference.the result is an overschedule overwhelmed ball of depression I turn to when it all falls crashing.
I couldn't agree with you more on this one. It's funny how many people procrastinate and not realize it's a big issue.

My low self esteem is my biggest intruder. It has messed with my life for too long. Thanks to this book, I have figured out a way to rid myself of it.

Laziness seems to be the intruder I relate to. Most times, I plan to do things to change my life but when the laziness sets in, I'm back to square one. This book has helped me deal with this.

Honestly, procrastination has been one of my biggest intruders. It has a way of sneaking and slowly killing my positive energy.

It is definitely procrastination. It also has a lot to do with perfectionism and lack of motivation. Sometimes it is better to get things done well, than to strive to make them perfect.

The self guilty. Blaming myself for everything. Pushing to hard on me. Lack of self esteem. These were my intruders.

An intruder of mine is definitely procrastination as well! At times I really struggle to discipline myself and can find myself procrastinating for hours. But I recently learnt that procrastination or wanting to procrastinate sometimes stems from wanting to avoid the feeling that comes with whatever task you're procrastinating doing. So if the task makes you feel frustrated, incapable, stupid, etc. that could be why. And since I've learnt that I've really tried to ask myself why I am procrastinating doing something, and if doing the task is really going to be as bad as I think it's going to be. It helps a lot of the time actually.

One of the intruders that usually shows up in my life is procrastination. I procrastinate a lot and do things on the last minute, sometimes when I am unable to complete my work I become anxious and begin to stress out.

The greatest intruder I deal with every day is putting others a head of myself and feeling hurt when need them and they fail to come through.

I would have to say procrastination is my biggest intruder and my second one is low self-esteem! I always feel as if I don't measure up. But out of both procrastination is the worst of the two!

I can say that depression is a serious intruder that you don't want to face. It turns everything into black and takes away your well-power.

The Holy Grail wrote: 01 May 2022, 23:56 The book talks about intruders; the outsider that comes into our lives and destroys the positivity in us. In my own experience, there are pretty many of them that I fight daily. One of them is discouragement, another is procrastination. What are the Intruders you've experienced as stated in the book?
1. Procrastination.
2. Lack of focus on one thing at a time
3. Addiction to movies hence time is wasted
4. Being discouraged by the seemingly difficult path ahead, and
5. Fear of failure.
