I can definitely relate to you dealing with procrastination. I have the same struggle. It's such a difficult battle some days, don't you think?

After reading this book, one of the common intruders I can relate to is procrastination. I always welcome it till its too late. Another intruder I struggle with regularly is self doubt.

I would say procastination. Sometimes when i plan to do a thing and always procrastinate. This is a very bad intruder and I must work it defeating. If someone continues with this, he or she ends up not achieve what he planned to. Another intruder is betrayal, whenever someone disappointed me, I always feel discouraged in what i am doing.

One intruder that perpetually comes under the carpet for me is my time to time seeking for people's mercy instead of being tough on my side and they would behave themselves around me. I surfer unfair humiliation at many points and some of these would come seeking for mercy with me later on though if they unknowingly discover my true self. I struggle with this often and often.

I hope to keep on using a positive affirmation that I am also worth being acknowledged and treated as who I deserve to be treated.

I think procrastination is a major one for me, along with some imposter syndrome. It makes me doubt my skills and accomplishments, which makes the procrastination even worse.

Low self esteem was something I lived with everyday before. I never felt relevant and this seriously hindered my progress in life. I also had a problem with procrastination for a long time. This book has freed me from this lifestyle and I've experienced significant progress ever since.
