The new thing that is outstanding that learned in the book is the concept of intruders. After reading this book, I became conscious of what an intruder is and I appreciate it coming across such knowledge.

What I gained in the book as lessons are many. However, Jason's story stood out well to me the most. I learn that how we think about ourselves goes a long way to determining how much and ability to achieve what what we envision and dream of.

I learned that the type of company you keep goes a long way to determine your success. Cut off anyone that makes you feel small, it’s part of self care.

One lesson I learnt from this book is that before you can become anything, you have to purge yourself of the old things you have learnt. If not, your efforts will definitely be a waste of time.

I particularly learned from Jason's story that we think about ourself's matters and determine how far we go in life. Having a wrong impression or a never-do-good belief about ourself's work against our progress and achievements in life.
What we think about ourselves really matter. That is something I've always known sadly many people out there do not care so much for this fact.

"When you commit to genuinely live for yourself, you no longer feel the need to explain yourself to anyone. " I learned my most impactful lesson in the book from this quote. I learned not to be bothered or worked up over anyone's judgment cocerning myself

Being thoughtful and deliberate about the kind of company one keeps has the power to influence or break one's road to success in life, and this lesson struck out for me.

We all have intruders inside of us, and in order to overcome them and achieve our goals, we must find the bravery to do so. This is one significant lesson I learned from this book.

I've learnt that developing oneself is key to achieving a mastery, so to speak, of one's world. I've also learnt that one needs to keep a company of forward-thinking people if they want to move forward as well.

Never undercut oneself is a key lesson I've learned. It is simpler to accomplish goals when one is determined. Another fantastic lesson I picked up is the need of self-confidence. I'll put things into practice and am hoping for positive results.
