I usually keep track of my reading with Google Keep notes. To read, read, reading, I note it all down along with the date on which I made the entry and where are books are kept is also noted down. So, I know what books I've read and where they are.
One book, printed in the heart's own wax Is worth a thousand in the stacks.

I just organize them in folders by genre or need and they are very easily accessible in that case.
