Help with Reading App for EPUB novels!

Hello, fellow book lovers.

I am a newbie based in the UK. I have recently downloaded a novel called: 'A Kingdom Forgotten.' The novel is in EPUB format. Since my current laptop is running Windows 10, the free reader offered by OBC will not work for me. Since I am not in America, the Barnes and Noble App might not work. Can anyone suggest a decent reader app for the aforementioned file type please? I will try the Kindle app for computers later! I am currently searching for free EPUB readers on the internet. If I do find any EPUB file readers, I will let the team here know. They can decide IF any free apps I find are useful/useable.

I downloaded a working file directly to my personal laptop. Does anyone know of any other readers I can use please?
