I am not able ble to purchase the book because the scammer took all control with my Amazon account. I tried everything now but still I didn't succeed to to take my account from him. Now days he is even able to change even my email password when ever he want. Thing's might be better if I can be allowed to change my email.

I am having trouble paying for my first book to review and I keep going backwards and forwards. I've received no help at all. Deceptive Calm is the book. Hello i did download the book however it never opened. I have downloaded the OBR app however it never lets me proceed past the login phase despite trying to sooo many times.

I have been going backwards and forwards for 2 whole weeks. I keep getting an error when I accept the offer sent to me via email to purchase a book I can review. I keep getting asked very lame questions yet I've explained the query.

To make matter worse I keep getting overdue status updates emails. The contact us team has been so unhelpful and it seems I'm dealing with a bot.

Is this how you treat new comers on your platform. I have come to a point where I think no one actually takes account and responsibility to assist people like myself.

What a way to start. I'm so disappointed. No one bothers to see my query resolved amicably.
