I'm unable to download the book in a PDF format. What can I do to get the book?

Good day. I'm trying to purchase the book Deceptive Calm to no avail. A pop up message keeps coming up that I can't do so. I have a pic that I took. Where can I send it?

I am not able ble to purchase the book because the scammer took all control with my Amazon account. I tried everything now but still I didn't succeed to to take my account from him. Now days he is even able to change even my email password when ever he want. Thing's might be better if I can be allowed to change my email.

I am not able to login the app despite doing forgetting the passowrd and posting a comment on Twitter.
- I have selected for epub format.
