Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

4. I'll just copy the files or directly download them into the reader.

5. Opening the e book is very simple

7 read tips and tried to follow. downloaded epub (trial edition); epub downloaded but no files attached to it. Tried going through Edge, but still didn't work.
This is the second time I have replied, so I'm not sure why I am still getting emails to verify book has been downloaded or file to help opening ebook files.

3. No, I downloaded OBC in my phone but it's not working and there is no appropriate app in the laptop to open an Epub
4. I even try downloaded the book and I try all the tips from you but it's not working both in laptop and phone, even the apps suggested to open the ebook.
