I can't download the app i downloaded the epub app but the was not found

I can't download the obc reader app but I downloaded the epub app and the book was not found. I updated the status many times

4. I downloaded the OBC Reader app as per the suggestion to read the book. When I tried to download the book from OBC cloud, it is not downloading.

3. Have you ever successfully opened a file in that format on that device before? No

If your answer to question 3 is "no" then please describe what steps you did try to open the file. - I have downloaded the book but it’s not showing in Files.

5. When following the usual process you use to open that kind of file on your device, or the "Top Tips" listed at the beginning of this post, at what step does it uniquely go wrong with this file? In other words, on which step, of the steps you listed as your response to question #4, do you run into trouble with this file but not other files of the same file type? - The downloaded file is not showing in my Files directory

1 Book offered in PDF format which I downloaded successfully
2 tried opening with:
- mobile ph android
- laptop windows 10
Could not open with either
3, 4, 5, 6 never had prob to dowload on this format and to open PDF; always dbl click PDF and it opens or R click and choose and PDF opens
7 msg reads:
"Cannot display PDF
(TITLE).PDF is of invalid format.
