Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

hi, i have tried to download twice its not happening can i get something else to read

I cannot find the download. I am using my laptop. I chose the epub download.

Hi!

1. Doc.
2. Android (Samsung S23 Ultra).
3. Never.
4. I selected to review the book and it said to click the link below to download the book. When I clicked it, it said that I already downloaded the book but I haven't! I even double checked my downloads & files on my phone and nothing.
5. I have never downloaded a DOC file on this website before so this is a first. It was the only format available.
6. "File Not Available"
It details:
"Sorry, this file is not available for re-download. You had previously confirmed that you did already successfully download the book in a readable format. While we usually try to allow you to re-download, in case you lose the book file or confirmed successful download by mistake, but in this case the author/publisher removed the file after you marked that you successfully downloaded it. Please use the "cannot finish reading" option on the Update tab instead or submit an error report using the Update tab so that your review can be canceled."

Except that my account says that I still have to even confirm that I successfully downloaded the book because I never did! So how can the error message say that? It makes no sense.
7. I already downloaded the book according to this error and cannot redownload.

It's telling me I have already downloaded a version, but I have not downloaded anything yet

When I try to download (first time) it tells me I already downloaded and I cannot rediwnload.
