While I love paperbacks, I do all of my reading on ereaders now. The convenience and portability is perfect. I can read anywhere at anytime on my smartphone.

Life is so much easier now, isn't it? How did I ever survive before this technology? The day I could load so many books onto one device was as thrilling as the day I could load so many songs on an MP3 player. Goodbye Walkman!ardinlalui wrote:I've always loved collecting books, but I'm a kindle convert now. It's convenient. There's a store on it! It fits in my pocket.

I'm still trying to figure out how I survived before the Internet. And now I've dated myself...ardinlalui wrote:I know Carrie,

I have a Fire, a nook, and an iPad. I love them all and use the Amazon app on my iPhone way more than I ever thought I would. With the app loaded on the iPad you have access to anything you buy through Amazon. Its all just too easy and I'm happy for it.

My current reading tools are a samsing 7.7 and I recently bought a kindle fire
As others have commented I also have a lot of the free ebooks.
Also on really cold nights if it nice to have the reader scroll itself and all I have to do is stay warm in bed and reading without having to 'turn pages'

I use my ipad mostly for reading blogs and my magazine subscriptions, Ie. National Geographic, Time Magazine, etc. It started off with it just being convenient, but nowadays these magazines include amazing video/photography footage that you can't replicate in print.
I started reading some books on my ipad, simply because some of the great classics are available for free download, and I am definitely behind in my personal literature studies. I do like reading on the tablet a lot. I can actually read at night, next to my boyfriend in the dark, but not have the lights on as to not disturb him!
