In all honesty I haven't read a paperback in a long time, but I like reading on my e-reader better so that probably means I read it faster.

E-book is definitely quicker for me. The light does not bother my husband at night!

Paperback. I love both, but tend to take more notes with the Kindle. The Kindle tends to slow the pace down a bit.

I read e-books almost exclusively now. I always have my phone, and sometimes my tablet with me. Reading on a device I always have with me allows an opportunity for reading any place at any time. Paperback books are bulky and just one more thing to carry. Speed is not really an issue, but convenience is!

I have found that I read e-books and paperback books at the same pace. I feel like reading paperback is easier though because that is how I have been reading for years before I got an e-reader. I now read paperbacks and on my e-reader. When my eyes are tired I like the paperback because I am not looking at a screen, so then I read paperback faster but overall I will read them both at the same pace.

It really depends on my overall enjoyment of the book. Normally, I read e-books faster, or so it feels like it, so I gravitate more towards those when the reading months get a little slow.

I read a paperback book faster than I do a e-book. Paperbacks are easier and quicker for me to read.

I found that I read faster with a paperback because it is an actual book in my hand. I procrastinate on e-books.

Honestly a book takes me like 5 days. But an e-book takes me 2 to 3 days. It's on my phone so I have it with me always. I read when u wait in line at the shop. Or when I'm putting my baby to sleep. I can read in bed without disturbing my husband with a bedlamp. It's actually so much more convenient!!!

My reading rate on both is the same. However I find that the e reader is a touch faster because turning the page is much easier.

I mostly read paper books, but I also enjoy my kindle as well. It just depends on the book I am reading and what I am in the mood for. As for which I read faster, probably the paper books.
