You can load pdfs you find of a book you want onto your ipod. But honestly, the ipod is one of the worst ways to view ebooks. I'd much rather have an ipad, nook (which is pretty good imo.) or a kindle. The ipod just isn't made for it. If you really wanna get a good experience, i would spend the couple hundred for a nook or kindle. Plus it's like a mini iPad because of apps and games and such.
