Book Group & the E-reader

Post by jengoods »

Our book group is celebrating 15 years :D We are considering going digital and would like to hear from other book groups who have made the change and how they managed this. For example how they shared the same book? did all the members have the same device ie Kindle or Nook? and any other advice. Regards Glasses on Book Group

Our book club does a lot online, but leave the option open for members to read paper. We use goodreads to set up events within our group. Works well!

Ou book club just gives us the name of the book and let's us take care of where we get our copies from. Would love to see replies to this question myself :)

My book group is divide in half. Half still get the physical copy while the others use an e-reader. It really depends on your preferences. It can take a while to get used to, but I do think e -readers are worth it.

Wow, this seems strange to me. I hope I’ll have groups too. I would love to be with them. As for this concern, I have a friend in OBC, and we both use e-readers most of the time.
