can anyone explain locations instead of pages on my Kindle?

Kindle calculates every 128 characters as a location while tracking the pages in the device. This is developed to match the location precisely even when we change the layout or the font size.

It tells us our specific location in what we read, particularly the line of text. It arranges progress and can be use to locate passages and stuff. This one is really helpful for me.
