If you have an iPad you can also install the iBooks app. You can download free ebooks that are legit and watch them on that app.

I use the nook app on my smartphone. It's great. You can sync it among your phone, computer, and tablet. You can buy, manage, and read books on any of those platforms. It offers great diversity!

The Google Play Books app is my favorite! it also has readability functions such as night mode which inverts page colors and font options to ultimately make reading feel as natural as possible to the user!

I'm definitely a big fan of the Amazon Kindle app. It works across my phone, my fiancee's phone and our Kindle (and our laptop supposedly, although I've never tried it). It also allows you to highlight, see passages others frequently highlight, get recaps about characters (it shows how often they're mentioned and throughout the story, etc) and Amazon has a LOT for free at all times, although at least half or so are "book one" or short stories. Plus, of course, the app is free

While the kindle app is nice, I don't think anything makes reading on your phone easier..it's too small! Well my phone is, at least.

I was sincerely worried about that too, but turning it sideways (kill shot!) and using Amazon's "special font" is pretty darn readable. In fact, when I read a lot and then text, the texts look so small! It also feels kinda awesome to swipe through "pages" so quickly

I use the kindle app and I recommend it to anyone with a smart phone. It's my most used app on my phone!

If your an Android user, you can try out an app called "ePub Speed Reader" by Magi App Lab. Haha, actually, I developed it, but I honestly think it's pretty good. Just load some ePub ebooks into your phone and you're good to go.
