Does Kindle app for Win 11 have text to speech option?

Does Kindle app for Win 11 have text to speech option? I know it is not included in the iPad app. I got confused trying to figure out a way for the iPad to read the book while I follow along.
I think it would be easier to find out if there is a text to speech general app for win 11 than to find out how to make something work on iPad.


The reason I want a text to speech option is that I have some dyslexia it seems. I know there is whispersync but not all books I want to read has an audible companion. Also even if it does, I don't want to buy any new audible books at this time.
