Picked the wrong option to read books

I accidentally picked Kindle as the option for my way to read the books. I forgot that I do not have access to my previous Kindle Unlimited account. How do I change the format in which I read the books?

I drastically used the wrong method and it really disappointed me.never will I use it again the kindle app.
