Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

Can't open the epub file

1. epub, I believe, is the file type..

2. What device are using to try to open it?

I downloaded the free reader suggested on the update page, I’m using my iPhone 14 plus.

3. Have you ever successfully opened a file in that format on that device before?

This is the first time I’ve tried opening an ebook on my phone, and I just downloaded the app and haven’t downloaded any other ebooks yet.

4. If your answer to question 3 is "yes", please describe the steps you usually take to successfully open a file in that format on your device. If your answer to question 3 is "no" then please describe what steps you did try to open the file.

My answer was “no”.

5. When following the usual process you use to open that kind of file on your device, or the "Top Tips" listed at the beginning of this post, at what step does it uniquely go wrong with this file? In other words, on which step, of the steps you listed as your response to question #4, do you run into trouble with this file but not other files of the same file type?

The book seems to download just fine, but when I click on the title, I can’t get past the copyright information page.. it says 3% on the bottom of the screen, and nothing seems to make it continue, I restarted and refreshed the app, but it still seems to be stuck on that second page.

6. Do you get an error message? If so, what is the exact wording of the error message?

No error messages, just no progress beyond that second page.

Yes. The app is called OBC reader.

Hi Scott,
I'm completely new to this, so please be patient with me. I accidentally chose epub format instead of Kindle, and now I'm stuck. I've tried everything step by step, but my computer is a Mac Air and it doesn't want to play well with others. Primarily, though, everywhere I've found the Snatched Up To Heaven book, it's an audiobook - and so impossible for me to read/proofread as a review. I can listen to it on various platforms, but not read it. Any suggestions?

I am confused as to the exact way I need to get this book. I went to Amazon and thought I downloaded and bought the kindle version, but I also see that you require it to be purchased through Barnes and Noble, so I am going to attempt to do that today.
I have been out of town for the holidays, so if I could please be advised if this book is still available for review, I would appreciate it. Thank you

I downloaded an epub format and was having difficulty opening it with my android device, but after going through the support group, I realized that the format does not open with other apps except the free OBC app.
